There is a self-contained 2-bedroom owners&#8217; accommodation to the lower ground floor that can be easily altered to suit new owners needs. All guest rooms offer well stocked compliments trays with tea and coffee making facilities and much more, also in rooms televisions with Freeview and WiFi Internet access.</p>
<p>The guest house is AA 3-star accredited and boasts an enviable reputation with good repeat custom, and we would point out that this is a healthy 12 month of the year business. There is scope to further increase takings if desired, a new owner could take advantage of the dining room and offer evening meals. We feel that this represents an ideal opportunity for a husband and wife team or a partnership to purchase and established business with scope for the future.
